Cute little Clara is my parent’s next door neighbour and for her birthday I gave her and her family a mini photo session. We had fun walking along the river path getting some cute shots of this little one! I can’t believe Iris is already the same age and will be walking along this pathway soon!

I met up with Tara & John on Thanksgiving Monday for their fall engagement photo session. We found lots of great locations on our walk around Harris Park! I’m looking forward to photographing their wedding in September!

I first met Angela and Akos in 2007 for their beautiful fall wedding at Cullen Gardens. It is always fun to watch our clients families grow and I was very happy to hear that they were expecting a little baby boy!
We went back out to Cullen Gardens for these maternity photos and although I felt badly making Angela walk all over the property, I think the warm glowy light made it worthwhile.
I can’t wait to meet their little guy!
- Lindsay

These photos capture Angela and Akos’s quirky sense of humour. I really have no idea what is going on here!

I love spending time with this growing family! Our first photo session was when Michele was just a little guy and I was thrilled to hear that Isabelle had arrived and they were ready for an updated family photo.
It is always great to incorporate locations that are special to the client and Natalie and Scott suggested the waterfront trail near their home. I am especially fond of Michele’s air guitar photo at the end of the shoot!

Sarah and George are an absolutely lovely couple and their wedding day was such a joy to be a part of! Since their wedding was on a Sunday, Alison happened to have the day free so came along as my assistant – it was so nice working together again, I’ve missed her this year as she’s had so many weddings of her own. The Rosewater Room is a gorgeous spot for a reception – Lindsay has shot there many times but I’ve never had the opportunity to. It’s gorgeous! There always seems to be on particular aspect of a wedding day that stands out to me, and for Sarah & George’s it was definitely the connection they have with their parents & siblings. Really beautiful to observe. We should all be so lucky!

In 2007 I photographed the wedding of Chrissy’s sister Diana and I was so happy to hear from Chrissy when she and Michael started planning their wedding.
I first met Michael at the engagement session and I knew with his sense of humour, we would have a great time on the wedding day. I love the contrast of the photos from the different locations during the day. The portraits were taken at Chrissy’s parents house, U of T and finally at the Eglington Grand where the fantastic reception took place. The marquee is always a great photo opportunity and the photos we captured are some of my favourites from the day.
I hope to hear from this family again when Chrissy’s younger sister gets engaged!

I definitely have a soft-spot for Boston Terriers and handsome little boys and this family filled both of those criteria! I spent a lovely afternoon with Lola, Hayden and their parents for some family photos in High Park. I love this location any time of year and even though it was a little chilly outside, these photos still turned out warm and cozy!

Francesca & Marco’s wedding was one that I have been particularly looking forward to! When Francesca first met with me to talk about her wedding plans, I think we ended up talking for almost 3 hours – we just hit it off right away! They got married on a beautiful fall day (thank you to the rain for staying away) and we went to Brescia College, where Francesca studied, for their photo session. It’s a fantastic photo location indoors & out and I always love the opportunity to work there. Their wedding reception took place at London’s Marconi Club. The decor to suit their Tuscan theme was so stunning I barely recognized the room!

ps. thank you to Elan weddings who coordinated the day for helping make everything run so smoothly! If you’re looking for a wedding planner in London, Ontario check them out!

The details were amazing!

And a quick shout out to videographer for the day, Jeff @ Creative Eye - here with his lovely lady Ana. You’ll recognize them from the session we did with Ana’s sister a few months ago!

Rae-Anne and Yann are a laid back couple who love the outdoors and spend a lot of their spare time mountain biking. They picked Fanshawe Conservation Area as the perfect spot to have their wedding at! We also did their engagement photos there a couple of months ago so I knew there were some beautiful spots we could go back to on their wedding day. I loved the rustic look of the reception hall – so cozy for a fall wedding. Stayed tuned for shots from their “trash the dress” session we did a few weeks after their wedding!

Scarboro Golf club is a hidden little gem in the city and I am always excited when I get the opportunity to photograph a wedding there. Ada and David made the day even more fun as they were easy going and up for any of the ideas I had for photos. We took all of the formal portraits before the ceremony which gave us time to roam around with the Bride and Groom and also lots of time for candids after the ceremony.
The ceremony took place indoors which really captured the cozy elegance of the venue. I absolutely love the window light by the grand staircase!
Congrats to Ada and David on a beautiful celebration and thanks for the kind words in your emails and card!
- Lindsay

I LOVE the expression on David’s face as he anxiously awaits the first glance at his Bride!

The ring bearer was fascinated with the inside of my lens! He kept wandering over to take a closer look.

The kids were also pretty talented photographers
