When Kyla first came to meet with me, she was excited about her wedding, but more excited about gushing over Iris who was just a few weeks old at the time. Kyla told me how she wanted to have a baby “soooooo badly”. I truly believe, that if you put things out to the universe you’ll get what you ask for and I wasn’t surprised when a few months into her wedding planning she told me that she and Troy were expecting! Kyla was due in March, which is when Iris was born so I was able to tell her exactly how I had been feeling the same time the past year. I think that it’s so special that Kyla & Troy’s son (Evan was born in March) will be able to look at their wedding photos and see that he was in them! Their wedding was a fantastic party – one of her bridesmaids gave hands down the best, most hilarious speech I’ve ever heard (wouldn’t be surprised if it was on youtube!)
Congrats Kyla & Troy – I’m so happy I met you and look forward to lots of playdates with our little ones in the future (and eventually Kyla and I will finally get to have a beer together!) I’ll be uploading Kyla’s awesome maternity session (she did snow angels!) and Evan’s newborn session shortly so stay tuned for that!
