Natalie and Michael planned their beautiful wedding while living in England, so we didn’t have the chance to meet until the big day. I was greeted by Natalie’s warm smile the second we walked in to her parents’ home which set the tone for the day. Our couples often run in to little hiccups on their wedding day (like non-stop rain!) thankfully Natalie and Michael were able to roll with the rain and the result was one of my favourite photos taken at the back of Graydon Hall after sunset.

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: elegant, romantic, and intimate
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: photos with the entire wedding party on Main Street Unionville, my father’s words to Michael at the altar and during the tea ceremony, dancing with the wedding party till past midnight
Groom: our wedding church vows, walking in officially as Mr. and Mrs. Ng at the reception with everybody cheering, and our first dance
Best wedding related decision: Having our wedding held in Toronto, Natalie’s hometown, rather than rainy England (where we currently live)!
Favourite details: The hand-made heart wedding favours by us, Natalie’s mother, and the bridesmaids, the diamond necklace that Natalie’s father gave her as a wedding gift, and the lion dance!
Advice for future brides & grooms: Enjoy the day with your family and friends! Don’t let small details affect your day especially when they are out of your control.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? No, the whole day was amazing, we were surrounded by our closest family and friends. It was better than expected!
Best surprise of the day: The Tiffany necklace that Michael surprised me with the morning of the wedding.
Anything else you’d like to add: Lindsay and Katia did an amazing job with the photography! We loved their creativeness and enthusiasm, especially when taking the group photos on Main Street and at night, particularly the photos in the rain outside Graydon Hall Manor.
