Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Rustic chic with elegant touches.
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: The crazy-fun dancing during the reception, especially leading the traditional Greek bride’s dance “Oraia Poy ‘Nai I Nifi Mas” with my family and friends.
Groom: Seeing Victoria walk down the aisle.
Best wedding related decision: Our venue, the 100 year old barn at the Exeter Golf Club is beautiful inside and out, with great staff and a beautiful golf course for our ceremony and photographs.
Favourite detail: All of the handmade touches my mom and I made together.
Advice for future brides & grooms: If you are planning your own wedding, make sure you have a clear idea of what you want the day to be like from the start. Once you have found it, stop searching the internet for more ideas.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Other than getting a videographer, nothing. It was a great day.
Best surprise of the day: Not losing Victoria’s car keys when they were placed on top of our SUV by a friend. The keys survived the 30 km drive, at 90 km/hr, from our accommodation to the wedding venue. Talk about lucky!
Anything else you’d like to add: It was so special to have our baby girl Ryann as a flower girl.
