A little over two years ago, a chance meeting in a dog park led Matt and I to find two wonderful friends. We adopted sibling puppies shortly after and are now family!

I was very excited when Alison and Derek asked me to photograph their destination wedding in Mexico! They kept telling me that of all the stress of planning a wedding, they knew they didn’t have to worry about photography as they were so sure that I was the perfect person to capture their memories for them!

We all said goodbye to the dogs for a week and flew down to the Mayan Riviera. The wedding was absolutely stunning from the beach-side ceremony, to a Mediterranean dinner, to the breathtaking candle-lit reception on the beach. I am so happy that I was able to be a part of Alison & Derek’s special day.
