Gianna & Scott’s wedding was an absolute pleasure to photograph! There was such a great feeling in the air all day – not only is it obvious how much Gianna & Scott love each other but also how much they mean to both of their families. It was an especially emotional day for Gianna’s family as she is moving to Florida where Scott has been living for some time now. Gianna’s little sister was in tears for most of the day, which of course made me teary… I know how hard it is having your sister move away.

Lots of time for photos and absolutely perfect light made for a great shoot at the always popular courthouse. Lucky for us, as this wedding was on a Friday we were the only wedding party there! Gianna and her bridesmaids should try out for the next season of Canada’s Next Top Model – these girls knew how to work it!

A very special thank you to Steph Hall (who did Jen’s wedding day makeup) and Steph Brown (who does the makeup for my boudoir marathons) for saving the day at the very last minute…. 7pm the night before the wedding, Gianna ran into some problems with her original makeup artists. I called both of these lovely ladies and with only 12 hours notice, both Stephs were at Gianna’s house first thing in the morning to do Gianna & her bridesmaid’s makeup!
