From the moment that I met Abbey and David, I knew I was going to love photographing their big day! This couple really made my job so easy, the love between them is so visible from every glance and touch. While their wedding day happened to fall on one of the hottest days of the year (in mid-September too!), we still had an absolute blast capturing every moment! Abbey looked absolutely breathtaking in her amazing Hayley Paige gown, she totally rocked it! From being surrounded by their incredibly sweet family and loved ones, to getting to spend some one-on-one time with them, I loved every second of this adorable couple’s wedding day!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Classic, Romantic and Fun

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Our first look, saying our vows and our first dance
Groom: Our first dance and seeing all of our friends and family come together in one place and develop their own friendships with each other!

Best wedding related decision: Choosing the London Hunt and Country Club as our venue. Selecting our first dance song, which perfectly captured our relationship and our feelings of the day.

Favourite detail: The fairy lights above the dance floor and our Peruvian themed cocktail hour.

Advice for future brides & grooms: To make your ceremony more personal and memorable, consider writing your own vows and including a message about your love for each other. While there are many DIY-type wedding decorations that can be used to make the wedding personalized, nothing beats the classic look of lots of flowers filling the room! Finally, enjoy every moment of your wedding day – there are few times in your life when every person you know and love will be in the same room with you to celebrate your love.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Nothing, it was the perfect day.

Best surprise of the day: Abbey’s two younger cousins tearing it up on the dance floor – lots of laughs and great memories! Each of our guests who participated in our kissing game by singing a song with the word “love” in it!

Anything else you’d like to add: Niki was amazing throughout our entire day. Not only did she do an amazing job capturing the moments from our special day, she also helped us to manage the 40 degree heat and even helped bustle Abbey’s dress. She was truly our super hero that day!
