I had been looking forward to Deanne & Rui’s wedding for quite some time. They are such a sweet couple and I was happy to be the one to capture their big day in photos. It was anybody’s guess what the weather would hold for their March 7th wedding. Regardless, Deanne and Rui have a great attitude and I knew they would roll with the weather no matter what happened.

We started the day off with Rui and the boys and were able to take some photos outside, but by the time we got to Deanne’s house the rain had begun. Thankfully, Deanne and Rui had a great indoor option for photos after the ceremony. We also managed to sneak out into the courtyard for some great photos of the wedding party.

After the shoot, we were all glad to head inside for a warm and cozy reception. Deanne and Rui had a great interactive DJ that had the entire group up dancing (also a great photo op for us!).
