Denise and Travis were married less than 6 weeks after my daughter Presley joined our family. She and my Mom spent the day snuggling in the hotel while I photographed this beautiful wedding in Kingston. It was my first wedding post baby and I couldn’t have spent the day with a better bunch! I love the photos we captured and am flattered to hear that we were their best wedding related decision:)

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Romantic. Simple. Fun.

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Going back inside the Cathedral after the ceremony when everyone had left and taking pictures just the two of us.
Groom: The ceremony, and spending time with our wedding party in the limo drinking champagne in between picture locations.

Favourite detail: Serving our guests poutine at midnight

Advice for future brides & grooms:
For brides: Just enjoy the day, don’t stress…everything will fall into place.
For grooms: Just say yes.

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? No!

Best surprise of the day: The perfect weather!

Favorite HRM picture from the day (and why?): 564 – I love the boats in the harbour in the background. Also 398 – We were terribly awkward as a group that couldn’t do silly poses for the camera (we would all just smile), but this is the only photo where we are genuinely laughing, at something our groomsman Manny said.
