Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: simple elegance, romantic

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
That’s such a tough question.  If we had to pick one memory it would be seeing each other for the first time- we couldn’t stop smiling!

Best wedding related decision:
Making a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Peter’s mother in lieu of wedding favors.

Favourite detail:
We loved the flower girls’ outfits. The tulle ballerina skirts and pink high tops were so cute together. We also loved their sweaters- my sister spent hours knitting them to ensure every detail was perfect.

Advice for future brides & grooms:
Take time to enjoy the day- it goes by so quickly!

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again?
Not a thing.

Best surprise of the day:
Surprising my grandparents with a cake for their 61st wedding anniversary.
