Many, many years ago I met two awesome girls named Julie & Pam – as teenagers, we spent many days hanging out downtown, going to concerts, chasing boys, and getting into typical teenage girl trouble. As we got older, we drifted apart, moved away, and lost touch. Of course it was facebook that reconnected us a few years ago and we kept in touch as Julie waited and waited for her long time boyfriend (11 years!) to propose. When he finally did, I was so happy to hear the news and very excited that she asked me to be a part of their big day! Forest City National is a wedding venue in London Ontario that I always like shooting at. I especially loved Julie’s dress, it was just SO her – low key, but with the perfect amount of sparkle & a big splash of colour!

ps. A special thanks to Gail of NightinGail Photography for second shooting with me at Julie & Jay’s wedding!
