Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: A charming woodland fairytale

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Getting ready with my gang, seeing Richard for the first time and living in the moment, not caring how wet I was getting during the ceremony!
Groom: Having our closest friends and family there and seeing Kathleen for the first look

Best wedding related decision: Does anyone ever say anything other than HRM??? Niki and Jordan were absolute troopers, prepared with ladders, boots, umbrellas and willing to go the distance to get us beautiful shots despite the rain! Taking dancing lessons for our first dance made the ritual more fun and let us have a great time together leading up to the wedding!

Favourite detail: I absolutely loved the beautiful cookies for my favours – the colours matched everything perfectly!

Advice for future brides & grooms: You’ll be amazed how all those little details you spent so much time for blend together into a big picture the day of. If something isn’t working, don’t worry about it so much. Also, have a great support system ready, willing and able!

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again?: I would definitely stress less about the weather in the days leading up, it ended up raining even though it wasn’t supposed to, but it really didn’t matter! It helps that I had amazing photographers who were able to capture beautiful images regardless!

Best surprise of the day: The Bride’s dad being in attendance and staying so long! We didn’t know if circumstances would allow, but it all came through!
