A few years ago a very lovely girl named Kayla did her co-op placement for her photography with me…. I was excited when she contacted me to be the photographer for her big day, and quite flattered as she’s a great photographer herself! Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Elegant, fun, laid back
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Speeches, “grace” that was said by my cousin, dancing and having a GREAT time with family, friends and my husband!
Groom: Seeing my bride and kissing her as my wife for the first time.
Best wedding related decision: The guests that we had invited made our day more fun than I could have ever imagined! (I would have to say marrying Kyle was the BEST wedding related decision though!)
Favourite detail: Wedding Cake & Favours…and my shoes!
Advice for future brides & grooms: Everything can’t be perfect, so don’t stress on trying to make it perfect! You will enjoy your day even if everything isn’t going how you had thought it would!
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Yes! I would change several things.
Best surprise of the day: After some tornado weather, I would have to say having the sun come out at the perfect moment was a GREAT surprise!
Favorite HRM picture from the day (and why?): I have a few! If I had to choose it would be a toss up between one of Kyle and I sitting in the middle of the covered bridge…black & white, me leaning against Kyle with ankles crossed (it is beautiful & relaxed)…….I also love the one of us first walking into our reception hall (shot from the back-it is beautiful) and 3rd the photo of my niece and I blowing the dandelions
