This love story involves two Countries, two beautiful kids and a funny border/engagement ring story. Kim and Ryan met while working at the Rose Theater and not only did they dance the night away at this very theater, but we also managed to take a few photos in the very spot that they shared their first kiss! This wedding was infused with so much love that it was hard to stop smiling (and I didn’t at any point during the day).

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: two lives united by love (it wasn’t really a theme, is was our feeling)
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: I can’t narrow it down to a moment, there are so many. Our wedding day, was exactly how I imagined it would feel and so much more.
Groom: Seeing Kim for the first time in her wedding dress, walking down those steps with Tyler.
Best wedding related decision: Keeping it small, having an intimate group of family and friends share our day with us.
Favourite detail: There were a few details that we chose because they had special meaning to us. The use of roses, our custom cupcakes, and the tables named after the cities that we had both visited together.
Advice for future brides & grooms: Don’t worry about the plan, it will all fall into place. Just savour the moments.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Our wedding was organized over 5 months, so I’d say a bit more time.
Best surprise of the day: The weather. A light sprinkle of rain followed by the sun breaking out over the ceremony. It added a touch of magic to a beautiful day
Anything else you’d like to add: Lindsay was exceptional to have as our photographer, she really captured our day beautifully. We really enjoyed her enthusiasm and creativity and felt very comfortable and natural.
