Lots of smiles, laughs and so much love at this wedding – it was the perfect day! I was so glad we went over to Westminster Ponds for Melissa and Jordan’s portraits, it was stunning: the light, weather & location were divine! We loved when Melissa and her dad broke out into Gangham Style midway through the father daughter dance, it was surprise and lots of fun! Congrats to the lovely couple!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Elegant and classy

What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: 1) Laughing all morning with my mom and my girls. 2) Capturing the reactions of my bridesmaids and father seeing me in my wedding gown. 3) Walking up the aisle with my father towards Jordan and seeing everyone from our past and present smiling.
Groom: Melissa walking up the aisle.

Best wedding related decision: Choosing HRM photography to capture an amazing day. Niki is extremely talented and so much fun to work with.

Advice for future brides & grooms: Discuss “needs” vs “wants” for the day so there are no regrets. When the big day finally comes…let go of all the planning and have the time of your life!

Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? No we loved every minute of it!

Best surprise of the day:
Jordan: Receiving a watch and a note from Melissa the morning of the wedding delivered by her nephew (Ring bearer) and sister (Bridesmaid).
Melissa: Jordan’s uncle wearing a camouflage jacket at the wedding which he promised he would 3 years back if Jordan and I ever got married.
