This wedding was the last official wedding of the 2015 season! What an amazing wedding to finish off with! When I first met Natalia & Michel in Port Credit for their consultation, we immediately hit it off! Their wedding took place on a beautiful December day with amazing sunshine and we couldn’t have asked for anything more out of the weather orther than maybe a little bit of snow! Instead of snow, I settled (hah!) to head over to the Ripley’s Aquarium to get a quick snap of the couple with the jellyfish display! This shot meant so much to them as they had their first date at the Aquarium!
Michel had an adorable suprise for Natalia, he had a giant box filled with balloons for her to open at reception, she had her 30th birthday a few days prior and wanted to acknowledge it since they didn’t have a proper celebration with all the wedding commotion going on! The most heart felt moment of the day for me was when Natalia personally thanked HRM Photography for being there, it almost put me to tears knowing that she was so happy with us and hadn’t even seen a photo yet! We loved all her decor and woodland forest theme, it came to together so beautifully!
Natalia & Michel, it was such an honour to be a part of your wedding, I LOVE how the images tell the story of your true love and romance! Congrats and I look forward to working with you again!

Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Vintage, romantic, enchanted, glamorous and earthy.
What are you favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: Finally seeing my husband for the first time that day! There was such a build up for hours and hours all morning and afternoon that when I finally saw him, it was such a relief and I could finally enjoy the day with my love.
Groom: Seeing my wife for the first time and the party after!
Best wedding related decision: There were definitely a few I would have to mention: the venue was absolutely magical, my wedding dress and necklace (both were a huge hit) and of course, HRM Photography! We hit it off with Niki the moment that we met her and we have not regretted our decision ever since, she is absolutely unreal.
Favourite detail: The flowers! InTuin Design created my vision and beyond!
Advice for future brides & grooms: Don’t sweat the small stuff and go with your gut; there was not even one moment that I stressed out even if things went wrong and I knew what my vision was from the beginning which made decisions quick, easy and painless.
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Stretch the wedding out to a two day event! It went by way to quick!
Best surprise of the day: It was my 30th birthday two days before our wedding and because it was such a busy time in our lives, there wasn’t any time for celebrations. During his speech, my amazing husband surprised me with a huge gold box brought to the middle of the dance floor and when I opened it, dozens of balloons flew out with two in the shape of a “3” and a “0” He explained that my birthday went a bit unnoticed and everyone sang happy birthday, it was really special.
