Describe the vision/theme you had for your wedding in 5 words or less: Romantic / vintage
What are your favorite memories of your wedding day?
Bride: When I had my “first look” with my sons and I saw their faces and walking up the aisle and seeing John’s face
Groom: The second I laid eyes on my bride
Best wedding related decision: Keeping our guest list under 100 and our wedding party small
Favourite detail: Choice of the ceremony venue (it made the wedding!)
Advice for future brides & grooms: Plan your wedding early, make decisions together and have fun!
Would you change anything if you could do it all over again? Not one thing!
Best surprise of the day: When John’s son sang “I Believe in You” by Don Williams at our reception while John and I danced! John set it up because he knew that is one of my favourite songs because it reminds me of my childhood and watching my parents dance when I was a little girl.
Anything else you’d like to add: Hire professionals, do not rely on family or friends because they should be there to enjoy the day. We were very fortunate to hire the most amazing professionals who made our day absolutely perfect!
