I met Sonya while attending teacher’s college at U of T. She promised me that when she got engaged I’d be one of the first people she called because no question, I would be the photographer for her wedding!! But, she also said it probably wouldn’t be anytime soon…. just about a year after we graduated, I was so happy to get an email, and a voice mail from a VERY excited Sonya – Malay had proposed!!! Sonya is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met – this girl has a heart of gold! Although I don’t know Malay very well yet, he seems like a great match for her. I’ll be photographing their wedding on June 29th – my birthday!
